Stads

Stads, which means "city" in Dutch, is a modern restaurant located on the edge of town, within walking distance of the centre. At lunchtime, you can try one of their paninis or salads, or stay for dinner to sample their full menu. By night, it's also a hip bar that features top cocktails. If after an evening watching the master barmen you're so inclined to give it a go yourself, you can enroll in a cocktail workshop. Who knows, you may be behind the bar soon enough.

Great restaurant/ I honestly can't remember the details about the food because I was really drunk. I threw up on the waiter's shoes and he was really cool about it and helped me out to a taxi. I plan to return next week for drinks.

We have a Meet Up for Eindhoven Expats in Stads every Friday night. We can get good wine, good beer and comfortable seats summer and winter. We are always treated kindly and service is good. The food in Stads is also good, well worth a try.
